After ten self-paid stays in one of our hotels, you can expect a free overnight stay* in one of our hotels of your choice – as a token of our appreciation.
This is how it works:
- Stay overnight in one of our hotels and collect one stamp per stay.
- You will only receive a stamp for direct bookings on our hotel websites or directly at our hotels (by e-mail or telephone).
- You will not receive a stamp for bookings made via third-party providers, travel agencies or tour operators, or for corporate and conference bookings.
- After ten stamps you will receive a free overnight stay in one of our hotels of your choice*.
- Enjoy your well-deserved time out when and where it suits you best*.
You can easily obtain your personal regular guest pass at reception during your next stay in one of our hotels.
*Valid only for direct bookings made through our hotel websites or directly at our hotels. It is not possible to retroactively credit points for previous stays. The Loyalty Card is non-transferable and expires twelve months after the last stamp. The free night is redeemable upon request and subject to availability.
